Electrical Safety

At SWL Electrical in Invergordon, we've launched an expanded range of services to support property owners and landlords.

We provide

  • Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
  • Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
  • Non-Licensed Work with Asbestos
  • Electrical Load Monitoring
  • Emergency Light Testing
  • Thermographic Surveys
  • Smoke Detector Installation (AICO Approved Installers)
  • Fire Extinguisher Servicing & Supply

As members of the NICEIC Approved Contractor Scheme, you can be assured that our work is to the highest standard.

Our services will enable you to understand the condition of existing electrical installations, in-line with the current electrical regulations and, where necessary, can assist you in producing a maintenance plan to remedy any shortfalls.

All our engineers are UKATA certified to carry out non-licensed work with asbestos, specialising in asbestos removal from switchgear & electrical equipment.

SWL Electrical offer a Load Monitoring service; an assessment which investigates over-load conditions, voltage drops & load imbalance.

Our point and shoot Thermal Imaging Cameras are a non-invasive means of identifying areas of concern which the naked eye can’t see. A Thermographic survey can highlight potential problems within the electrical distribution system without the need to isolate circuits or cause disruption.

As members of the British Fire Consortium, we pride ourselves in keeping your property safe with our fire safety services. Our fully trained technicians can carry out a site survey of your premises and ascertain your fire extinguisher and signage requirements.

A regular inspection and maintenance plan will ensure you remain up to date.
